How long will my service appointment take?

The duration of your service appointment depends on the type and number of services required. Typically, our standard services take between 60-90 minutes to complete. However, your technician can provide a more accurate time estimate during your pre-service consultation, based on the specific scope of the job.

How does payment for my service work?

You only pay for your service once you are fully satisfied with the work provided by your technician. Upon booking your appointment, a $49 fully refundable deposit* is required to secure your booking. After the job is completed and you are satisfied with the work, the remaining balance for the service will be billed directly to the credit card on file, which was used to pay your deposit. Please note that our technicians cannot accept payments directly and do not carry any cash. All payments must be made securely through the TechEasy website.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my service?

We understand that schedules and customer needs can change unexpectedly, and we strive to be accommodating. If you need to cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded as long as you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. For rescheduling, you have the option to do so at no additional cost if the request is made at least 3 hours before the scheduled time. Your $49 deposit will be applied towards the new appointment time.
