Do I pay the technician directly?

No. You pay TechEasy and we pay the technicians. Service charges will be applied to the method of payment specified in your account . TechEasy does not accept any other forms of payment such as cash or check, and technicians are unable to accept payments.

Should I tip my technician?

Tipping is not required, nor will we request it.

Where Are TechEasy Services Available?

TechEasy is available nationwide with skilled and vetted tech professionals all across Canada.  Rural areas may require additional time to confirm your service booking. Our team of techs is growing every day to meet growing demand from our customers.
